- Weekend: Closed (except for Premium customers)
Premium customers receive extended support hours and priority response.
What to Include in Your Support Request
To help us resolve your issue more quickly, please include:
- Your account email address
- A detailed description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- Screenshots or screen recordings (if applicable)
- Information about your browser and operating system
For technical issues, enabling "Debug Mode" in your account settings can generate detailed logs that help our support team diagnose problems more efficiently.
